Our darkest roasted coffee is a traditional French Roast derived from Single Origin Peruvian beans. We brew this as a traditional Italian espresso or pour over. No matter how you brew it, this special coffee is bold with dark chocolate and leather notes.
Named after a landmark building in Hudson the Opera House was built in the 1800s, abandoned for decades then lovingly restored in 2017. Today it is a non-for-profit event space home to many events and art exhibits.
