Hudson Roastery was built on the belief that a good cup of coffee can bring a town together. Carolyn Palmieri and Tony Calderone felt that was missing in Hudson, so in the summer of 2020 they brought coffee to the Hudson Farmers Market. At a time when a cup of coffee and a few minutes of conversation meant more than usual, neighbors kept coming back, and a market stand turned into something bigger.

Today, Hudson Roastery is where the town's coffee lovers gather to fuel their day with expertly roasted beans and genuine community connection. Its welcoming atmosphere draws regulars, four-legged friends, and curious newcomers alike. Whether they stop by for the celebrated pastries, breakfast, or lunch, or simply to discover a new favorite roast, guests find themselves part of something real and locally rooted.

Behind it all is the roasting. Hudson Roastery is proudly a small-batch artisan coffee roaster, committed to the craft and to the quest for a better cup. The coffee that fills the cafe each morning is now served well beyond it, by restaurants, shops, and fellow cafes that want to offer their own guests the same quality. It is also available to enjoy at home or to give as a gift to those you care for.
