Prison Alley "Welcome to the Big House"
From a small farm in the Mt Elgon region along the Uganda–Kenya border, this high-altitude coffee offers notes of caramel, cocoa, cherry, and citrus. Its name honors Prison Alley, the historic backstreet behind our Roast Room and beside our café in Hudson, New York, once home to the local jail.
“Welcome to the Big House” celebrates both this bold brew and the colorful characters who shaped our town.
