This is a single origin Monsooned Malabar roast medium and served as our cold brew in our cafe. The flavor profile is sweet, creamy, earthy, heavy and smooth.

Grown in high elevation on the Malabar coast, this coffee is naturally washed from the Monsoon weather system for 3 to 4 months with the wind and rain washing the beans creating a PH neutral brew with literally no acidity.

We named this coffee after Hendrick Hudson who discovered the Hudson River accidentally which led to the colonization of the region. Our tagline of “Explore the Indulgence” is a nod to this unfortunate explorer.
