This is a dark roasted blend of Indian, Peruvian, and Nicaraguan beans with subtle flavors of Dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate and nutty notes. We serve it in our cafe' as our dark roast drip coffee.
We named this coffee after a street in Hudson, NY that no longer exists, which was home to the Red-Light District in town. For more than 40 years Diamond Street brothels flourished and in the 1950's was shut down forever. The street name was changed to Columbia Street as a final effort to erase this past.
