This coffee is a single origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffee which imparts a bright flavor profile with hints of chocolate and citrus. Ethiopian is supposedly the birthplace of coffee; Legend has it that an Ethiopian goat farmer discovered coffee after noticing that his goats became a little extra energized after eating certain berries found on his land.
We created this coffee name, to capture the essence of the Catskill Mountains camping under a canopy of stars and waking up to a crackling campfire on a chilly morning with coffee brewing.
